About
My town
I live in the oldest town in Denmark, called Ribe. It is a quite small town, but against all odds, it's a very well known place. Close to one million tourists visit Ribe every year, and people come from all over the world to see our old houses and crooked streets. Shown in the photo is the famous cathedral which dates back to the middle age. To those of you who're living in a warmer climate, the white stuff on the ground is snow.

Our house
I live together with my wife in an old house in the outskirts of the old part of the city. We are very pleased with our place and that might explain why we've put so much effort into improvements.
In the summer time we use the porch at the back of the house a lot. In the rather cold climate in Denmark, most Danes enjoy every possibility to get out of the house and sit in the sun.

Unfortunately this large tree isn't in our own garden, although we have some smaller fruit trees in the back yard.
